• Evidence-Based Decision-Making Series: Troubleshooting Obstacles in External Scientific Evidence 3.1

While clinicians may know the fundamentals of evidence-based practice (EBP), many struggle to implement EBP in real-world situations with their clients. Often, this is due to limited research, a lack of high-quality research, or the absence of a clear takeaway from external scientific literature. In this Micro Course, participants will learn more about these obstacles and will be guided through strategies to overcome them. Learning how to navigate these barriers will assist clinicians in making patient-centered and evidence-based clinical decisions. This course is available for CE credit (ASHA CEUs or professional development hours) as part of the ASHA Learning Pass or for individual purchase.
